Актуальность. Технологическое лидерство становится приоритетом во всех отраслях производственной и непроизводственной сферы, что требует инвестиций в отечественные новые технологии. Сбалансированность коммуникационной инфраструктурной пространственной системы регионов проявляется в ее способности сохранять равновесие в условиях влияния эндогенных и экзогенных факторов. Баланс проявляется в способности коммуникационной инфраструктурной пространственной системы регионов функционировать в долгосрочной перспективе, т. е. обеспечивать экономическую систему страны транспортно-логистическими потоками для перевозки пассажиров и грузов. Цель исследования ‒ провести анализ и оценку развития коммуникационной инфраструктурной пространственной системы регионов.Задачи: рассмотреть соотношение ВРП к протяженности транспортных путей федеральных округов, соотношение ВРП к протяженности автомобильных дорог в федеральных округах; изучить карту протяженности автомобильных дорог на территории ЦФО; рассчитать структуру регионов в обороте оптовой торговли ЦФО, структуру грузооборота ЦФО.Методология. В процессе исследования использовались такие общенаучные методы, как анализ и синтез, классификация, группировка, а также экономико-статистические методы.Результаты. В статье представлена сущность развития коммуникационной инфраструктурной пространственной системы регионов, проведен анализ развития коммуникационной инфраструктурной пространственной системы регионов, рассмотрены соотношение ВРП к протяженности транспортных путей федеральных округов, автомобильных дорог в федеральных округах, изучена карта протяженности автомобильных дорог на территории ЦФО, рассчитана структура регионов в обороте оптовой торговли ЦФО, структура грузооборота ЦФО.Выводы. В настоящее время происходит стремительное развитие инфраструктурной пространственной системы регионов. Растут требования к качеству и безопасности перевозок. Увеличиваются требования к повышению пропускной способности. Все эти факторы подтверждают необходимость использования и внедрения новых технологий. В ряду основных проблем необходимо отметить: высокую стоимость первоначальных инвестиций, низкую базу расходов на содержание существующей техники, недостаток финансирования на обслуживание новой техники. Государство должно оказывать финансовую поддержку коммуникационной инфраструктурной пространственной системе регионов.
Relevance. Technological leadership is becoming a priority in all sectors of the manufacturing and nonmanufacturing sectors, which requires investments in domestic new technologies. The balance of the communication infrastructural spatial system of regions is manifested in its ability to maintain balance under the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors. The balance is reflected in the ability of the communication infrastructure spatial system of the regions to function in the long term, i.e. to provide the country's economic system with transport and logistics flows for the transportation of passengers and cargo.The purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate the development of the communication infrastructure spatial system of the regions.Objectives: to consider the ratio of GRP to the length of transport routes in federal districts, the ratio of GRP to the length of highways in federal districts; to study the map of the length of highways in the Central Federal District; to calculate the structure of regions in the turnover of wholesale trade in the Central Federal District, the structure of cargo turnover in the Central Federal District.Methodology. In the course of the research, such general scientific methods as analysis and synthesis, classification, grouping, as well as economic and statistical methods were used.Results. The article presents the essence of the development of the communication infrastructural spatial system of the regions, analyzes the development of the communication infrastructural spatial system of the regions, examines the ratio of GRP to the length of transport routes in federal districts, highways in federal districts, examines the map of the length of highways in the Central Federal District, calculates the structure of regions in the wholesale trade of the Central Federal District, the structure of cargo turnover in the Central Federal District.Conclusions. Currently, the infrastructural spatial system of the regions is rapidly developing. The demands on the quality and safety of transportation are growing. The requirements for increased throughput are increasing. All these factors confirm the need to use and implement new technologies. Among the main problems, it is necessary to note: the high cost of initial investments, the low cost base for the maintenance of existing equipment, and the lack of financing for the maintenance of new equipment. The state should provide financial support to the communication infrastructure spatial system of the regions.
