Актуальность. Цифровая трансформация экономики влияет на изменения в сфере образования, меняет качественно и количественно технологии взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса, ставит перед университетом задачи развития цифрового образования и создает новые возможности для модернизации образовательного процесса под запросы рынка труда в условиях цифровой экономики.Цель – выявить возможности и предложить концепцию по созданию университета как интегратора инновационных образовательных процессов для усиления вклада сферы образования в развитие цифровой экономики региона.Задачи: исследовать потенциал востребованности цифрового образования; предложить концепцию модернизации университетского образования в условиях цифровой экономики; изложить практический опыт Юго-Западного государственного университета в реализации государственных программ «Цифровая экономика РФ» и «Развитие образования».Методология. Исследование базируется на принципах системного анализа проблем развития цифрового образования, рассматриваемых с позиций перехода к цифровой экономике.Результаты. Дана оценка основным тенденциям развития цифрового образования. Предложена концепция создания университета-интегратора, предусматривающая объединение в целостную систему на базе университета материальных и интеллектуальных ресурсов, цифровых образовательных ресурсов и инструментов, цифровых технологий и контента для реализации образовательных программ и формирования компетенций, чтобы удовлетворить меняющиеся потребности рынка труда под запросы цифровой экономики региона.Вывод. Университет как интегратор инновационных образовательных процессов должен стать центром организации, развития и практической реализации цифрового образования для обеспечения цифровой экономики региона специалистами с необходимыми компетенциями в сфере информационных технологий.
Relevance. The digital transformation of the economy affects changes in the field of education, changes qualitatively and quantitatively the technologies of interaction between participants in the educational process, sets the university the task of developing digital education and creates new opportunities for modernizing the educational process to meet the demands of the digital economy.The purpose is to identify opportunities and propose a concept for creating a university as an integrator of innovative educational processes to strengthen the contribution of the education sector to the development of the digital economy of the region.Objectives: to explore the potential demand for digital education; to develop a model for the modernization of university education in the digital economy; to present the practical experience of Southwestern State University in the implementation of the state programs "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" and "Development of Education".Methodology. The research is based on the methodology of the system analysis of the problems of digital education development, considered from the perspective of the transition to the digital economy.Results. Based on the analysis of analytical reports on the development of the digital economy and digital education, scientific papers on the role of universities in the development of regions, the main trends in the development of digital education are evaluated. The concept of creating an integrator university is proposed. The concept provides for the integration of a sufficient number of resources into a holistic system based on the university for the implementation of educational programs and the formation of competencies for the needs of the digital economy of the region. The resources include material and intellectual resources, digital educational resources and tools, and educational content.Conclusion. The university, as an integrator of innovative educational processes, can be a center for the organization, development and practical implementation of digital education to provide the digital economy of the region with specialists with the necessary competencies in the field of information technology.
