Актуальность. Специфика современного состояния мясного рынка в Китае во многом определяется, как и подавляющее большинство производственно-потребительских отношений в мировых социально-экономических процессах, действующими организационными ограничениями, направленными на предотвращение распространения заболеваемости COVID-19. Вместе с этим экономико-организационный механизм Государственного совета республики, направленный на обеспечение профилактики и расширению контроля над пандемией, предусматривает реализацию плана полноцепочного, замкнутого, отслеживаемого регулируемого ввозимыми продуктами питания.Цель заключается в оценке потенциала внутреннего мясного рынка КНР для перспективы расширения экспортных возможностей российского АПК.Задачи. В статье были поставлены и последовательно решены следующие задачи: исследовать объемы китайского мясного рынка и оценить прогнозы для наращивания экспорта российской продукции животноводства в КНР.Методология. В данной работе использованы методы нормативно-правового анализа и оценки современной ситуации, методы графического и статистического анализа, методы аналогии и логического анализа.Результаты. Проведенный в работе анализ динамики наращивания экспорта в Китай со стороны международных производителей мясной продукции определяет новые направления развития российского животноводства в свете двусторонних соглашений о поставках мяса на рынок КНР.Выводы. Российская животноводческая отрасль АПК продолжает наращивать свои темпы производства на протяжении последних лет. Обеспечение внутренних потребностей в мясной продукции диктует выходы на международные рынки и поиск перспектив для возможных поставок за рубеж. В этой связи наличие достаточно емкого рынка Китая открывает новые перспективы для отечественных производителей.
Relevance. The specifics of the current state of the meat market in China is largely determined, as is the vast majority of production and consumer relations in the global socio-economic processes, by the existing organizational restrictions aimed at preventing the spread of the incidence of COVID-19. At the same time, the economic and organizational mechanism of the State Council of the Republic, aimed at ensuring prevention and expanding control over the pandemic, provides for the implementation of a fully chain, closed, tracked, regulated by imported food plan.The purpose of writing the work is to assess the potential of the domestic meat market of the PRC for the prospect of expanding the export opportunities of the Russian agro-industrial complex.Objectives. In the article, the following tasks were set and consistently solved: to study the volumes of the Chinese meat market and evaluate forecasts for increasing the export of Russian livestock products to the PRC.Methodology. This work uses methods of regulatory analysis and assessment of the current situation, methods of graphical and statistical analysis, methods of analogy and logical analysis.Results. The analysis of the dynamics of the increase in exports to China by international meat producers, carried out in this work, determines new directions for the development of Russian animal husbandry in the light of bilateral agreements on the supply of meat to the PRC market.Conclusions. The Russian livestock sector of the agro-industrial complex continues to increase its production rates over the past years. Meeting domestic needs for meat products dictates entering international markets and looking for prospects for possible supplies abroad. In this regard, the presence of a sufficiently capacious Chinese market opens up new prospects for domestic manufacturers.
