Актуальность. После завершения специальной военной операции на Украине в повестке дня снова возникнет проблема диверсификации предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса по выпуску продукции гражданского и двойного назначения. Поскольку условием успешной реализации стратегии диверсификации является формирование рыночных компетенций, ориентированных на работу с рынками продукции гражданского и двойного назначения, то разработка концепции формирования рыночных компетенций предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в процессе диверсификации не теряет актуальности.Цель исследования ‒ разработка концепции формирования рыночных компетенций предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в процессе диверсификации.Задачи: осуществить экспресс-анализ факторов, влияющих на кадровое обеспечение и формирование рыночных компетенций предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в процессе диверсификации и на основе использования компетентностного подхода разработать концепцию формирования рыночных компетенций предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в процессе диверсификации.Методология. В качестве методологической основы выступают традиционные методы технико-экономического и логического анализа, систематизации и ранжирования.Результаты. Предложена концепция формирования рыночных компетенций предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в процессе диверсификации, основанная на использовании компетентностного подхода.Выводы. Предложенная концепция, объединяющая цели диверсификации и факторы внешней и внутренней среды предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса, позволяет разрабатывать соответствующие методологические и методические аспекты управления формированием рыночных компетенций на предприятии и реализовать производственные и технологические преимущества предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса в процессе диверсификации, обеспечивающие решение социально-экономических задач путём широкой интеграции с высокотехнологичным гражданским сектором промышленности.

Relevance. After the completion of the special military operation in Ukraine, the problem of diversifying the enterprises of the military-industrial complex for the production of civilian and dual-use products will again appear on the agenda. Since the condition for the successful implementation of the diversification strategy is the formation of market competencies focused on working with the markets of civilian and dual-use products, then the development of the concept of the formation of market competencies of the enterprises of the military-industrial complex in the process of diversification does not lose its relevance.The purpose of the study is to develop a concept for the formation of market competencies of enterprises in the military-industrial complex in the process of diversification.Objectives: to carry out an express analysis of the factors affecting the staffing and formation of market competencies of enterprises in the military-industrial complex in the process of diversification, and to develop a concept for the formation of market competencies of enterprises in the military-industrial complex in the process of diversification based on the use of a competence-based approach.Methodology. The study uses traditional methods of technical and economic analysis, systematization, and ranking as the methodological basis.Results. The article proposes a concept for the formation of market competencies of defense industry enterprises in the process of diversification, based on the use of a competence-based approach. Conclusions. The proposed concept, which combines the goals of diversification and the factors of the external and internal environment of enterprises in the military-industrial complex, allows for the development of appropriate methodological and practical aspects of managing the formation of market competencies at an enterprise and the implementation of the production and technological advantages of enterprises in the military-industrial complex in the process of diversification, which ensures the solution of socio-economic problems through broad integration with the high-tech civilian sector of industry.
