Актуальность. ESG-повестка сегодня уже становится реальностью и необходимостью для успешной и продуктивной работы предприятий в условиях глобальных климатических вызовов и пересмотра практикуемых моделей бизнеса. Предприятия пищевой промышленности достаточно чутко реагируют на изменения предпочтений потребителей, стремящихся к ресурсосбережению и здоровому питанию. Ухудшение экологии, сокращение природных ресурсов (флоры и фауны), рост народонаселения в бедных и развивающийся странах, миграционные потоки беженцев из зон военных конфликтов – все это налагает дополнительную ответственность на страны-лидеры и применяемые ими технологии производства, обработки и переработки продуктового сырья. Концепция ESG выступает современным вектором ответственного развития и управления производственными процессами с целью минимизации ущерба для окружающей среды.Цель. Основной целью проведения данного исследования выступала необходимость оценки современного состояния рыночной конъюнктуры и влияния ее факторов на происходящие процессы в пищевой отрасли.Задачи. В статье была поставлена задача комплексно и системно изучить трансформацию пищевой промышленности России в условиях роста турбулентности и смены парадигмы общественного уклада под влиянием конъюнктурных факторов.Методология. В процессе написания данной статьи были использованы общенаучные методы систематизации, обобщения, аналогии и системного анализа происходящих процессов в социально-экономической формации.Результаты. ESG-трансформация предприятий реального сектора экономики – необратимый процесс, продиктованный сменой парадигмы общественного мировоззрения, поэтому реализация данных принципов позволит выдерживать предприятиям конкуренцию как на внутреннем, так и на международном рынках. Основные бонусы ‒ экономия ресурсов, формирование популярного имиджа компании, получение доступа к целевому финансирования и льготным кредитам.Выводы. Конъюнктурные факторы ESG-трансформации пищевой промышленности активизируют существующие резервы и потенциалы для более прогрессивного и рационального роста производства в условиях внешних давлений и внутренних кризисов.
Relevance. The ESG agenda is already becoming a reality and a necessity for successful and productive work of enterprises in the face of global climate challenges and a review of practiced business models. Food industry enterprises are quite sensitive to changes in consumer preferences, striving for resource conservation and healthy nutrition. Environmental degradation, reduction of natural resources (flora and fauna), population growth in poor and developing countries, migration flows of refugees from war zones – all this imposes additional responsibility on the leading countries and the technologies they use for the production, processing and processing of food raw materials. The ESG concept is a modern vector of responsible development and management of production processes in order to minimize damage to the environment.Purpose. The main purpose of this study was the need to assess the current state of market conditions and the impact of its factors on the ongoing processes in the food industry.Objectives. The article set the task to comprehensively and systematically study the transformation of the Russian food industry in the context of increasing turbulence and a paradigm shift in the social structure under the influence of market factors.Methodology. In the process of writing this article, general scientific methods of systematization, generalization, analogy and system analysis of ongoing processes in the socio-economic formation were used.Results. The ESG transformation of enterprises in the real sector of the economy is an irreversible process dictated by a paradigm shift in the social worldview, therefore, the implementation of these principles will allow enterprises to compete in both domestic and international markets. The main bonuses are saving resources, creating a popular image of the company, gaining access to targeted financing and preferential loans.Conclusions. The conjunctural factors of the ESG transformation of the food industry activate existing reserves and potentials for more progressive and rational production growth in the face of external pressures and internal crises.
