Актуальность темы исследования объясняется тем, что человеческий капитал является важнейшей, на наш взгляд, системообразующей категорией, связанной с цифровизацией экономического пространства, совершенствованием сферы искусственного интеллекта, реализацией передовых инноваций, распространением сетевых форм взаимодействия участников рынка. Его носителем является каждый индивид, формируя уровни развития человеческого капитала по возрастанию от частного к коллективному. Поэтому вопрос исследования особенностей формирования, становления и прогрессивной динамики человеческого капитала приобретает крайне высокую значимость в современных условиях.Цель исследования заключается в изучении концептуальных подходов к содержанию человеческого капитала, а также в анализе динамики его развития в сопоставлении с другими странами.Задачи исследования представлены: разработкой теоретического представления о содержании категории «человеческий капитал»; сопоставительным анализом динамики развития человеческого капитала в разных странах; выявлением тенденций развития человеческого капитала в условиях цифровизации.Методология включает обзор концепций, посвященных развитию человеческого капитала, а также интерпретацию аналитических данных о динамике развития человеческого капитала для разных стран мира.Результаты исследования показывают, что на протяжении последних пяти десятилетий экономика знаний стала играть ключевую роль в отечественной и международной экономической сфере, оказывая непосредственное влияние на ход всеобщего социально-экономического развития. Реальная структура ВВП претерпевает существенные изменения и смещается в сторону увеличения доли тех сфер, которые составляют экономику знаний и основываются на научно-техническом прогрессе. Его взрывной рост и прогрессивная динамика вызваны в первую очередь достижениями в сфере информационно-коммуникационных технологий и распространением сети Интернет. В результате влияния перечисленных факторов процесс формирования экономики знаний становится неотъемлемой составляющей постиндустриального развития общества.Выводы по результатам исследования свидетельствуют о том, что в современных условиях человеческий капитал является ресурсом, который играет важную роль в процессе развития отдельных государств и мирового сообщества в целом. Для достижения устойчивых параметров экономического роста необходимо систематическое повышение качества человеческого капитала.
The relevance of the research topic is explained by the fact that human capital is, in our opinion, the most important system-forming category associated with the digitalization of the economic space, the improvement of the field of artificial intelligence, the implementation of advanced innovations, the spread of network forms of interaction between market participants. Each individual is its bearer, forming the levels of human capital development in ascending order from the private to the collective. Therefore, the issue of studying the features of the formation, formation and progressive dynamics of human capital is of extremely high importance in modern conditions.The purpose of the study is to study conceptual approaches to the content of human capital, as well as to analyze the dynamics of its development in comparison with other countries.The objectives of the study are as follows: development of a theoretical understanding of the content of the category "human capital"; comparative analysis of the dynamics of human capital development in different countries; identifying trends in the development of human capital in the context of digitalization.The methodology includes an overview of concepts on human capital development, as well as the interpretation of analytical data on the dynamics of human capital development for different countries of the world.The results of the study show that over the past five decades, the knowledge economy has played a key role in the domestic and international economic sphere. It has a direct impact on the course of general socio-economic development. The real structure of GDP is undergoing significant changes and is shifting towards an increase in the share of those spheres that make up the knowledge economy and are based on scientific and technological progress. Its explosive growth and progressive dynamics are primarily due to advances in information and communication technologies and the spread of the Internet. As a result of the influence of these factors, the process of formation of the knowledge economy becomes an integral part of the post-industrial development of society.The conclusions of the study indicate that in modern conditions human capital is a resource that plays an important role in the development of individual states and the world community as a whole. Improving the quality of human capital is necessary to achieve sustainable parameters of economic growth.
