Актуальность. В соответствии с мировой практикой становление нового рабочего класса и его выделение в социальной структуре следует связывать как с объективными социально-экономическими параметрами, так и субъективными, символическими аспектами, к числу важнейших из которых относятся классовая идентичность и солидарность. На сегодняшний день сохраняется разрыв в аксиоматике российской и мировой социологии в изучении проблем социального неравенства, что обусловливает необходимость фокусирования внимания на символических аспектах классовой дифференциации в российских реалиях.Цель. Статья посвящена концептуализации и эмпирическому анализу факторов, обусловливающих границы классовой позиции рабочей молодежи современной России.Задачи: проанализировать актуальный дискурс классовой дифференциации; предложить авторское определение нового рабочего класса и базовых критериев для определения границ данной общности; изучить субъективные параметры классообразования на эмпирическом примере молодежи нового рабочего класса современной России.Методология. Эмпирической базой исследования выступил массовый опрос 1534 представителей молодежи нового рабочего класса и 100 экспертов из числа их руководителей и преподавателей. Исследование проводилось на территории Уральского федерального округа.Результаты. К новому рабочему классу отнесены не только представители промышленного производства, транспорта, строительства и технического обслуживания, но и наемные работники сервисных отраслей, выполняющие рутинную работу и не имеющие управленческих функций на предприятии.Выводы. В ходе опросов выявлено, что большая часть молодежь удовлетворена взаимоотношениями в ближайшем трудовом окружении и усматривает признаки солидарности, поддержки и взаимовыручки среди своих коллег. Тем не менее эмпирические данные свидетельствуют о том, что молодежь рабочего класса не рассчитывает на классовую солидарность в решении проблем и отстаивании своих интересов в трудовых отношениях.

Relevance. In accordance with world-spread practice, the formation of a new working class and its separation in the social structure should be associated with both objective socio-economic parameters and subjective symbolic aspects, the most important of which are class identity and solidarity. Today, there remains a gap in the axioms of Russian and foreign sociology in the study of social inequality problems, which necessitates focusing attention on the symbolic aspects of class differentiation in Russian realities.Purpose. The article is aimed at the conceptualization and empirical analysis of the factors that determine the working-class youth position and boundaries in modern Russia.Objectives: to analyze the current discourse of class differentiation, to propose the author's definition of the new working class and basic criteria for determining the boundaries of this community, to study the subjective parameters of class formation on the empirical example of young people of the new working class in modern Russia.Methodology. The empirical basis of the study was a mass survey of 1534 representatives of young people of the new working class and 100 experts from among their leaders and teachers. The research was carried out on the territory of the Ural Federal District.Results. The new working class includes not only representatives of industrial production, transport, construction and maintenance, but also employees of service industries who perform routine work and do not have managerial functions at the enterprise.Conclusions. In the course of the polls, it was revealed that the majority of young people are satisfied with relationships in the immediate work environment and see signs of solidarity, support and mutual assistance among their colleagues. However, empirical evidence suggests that working-class youth do not rely on class solidarity to solve problems and defend their interests in labor relations.
