Актуальность. Неуклонно растущий интерес к теоретическим построениям К. Шмитта в первую очередь вызван ставшей очевидной в последние тридцать лет точностью выстроенных в перспективе радикальных понятий шмиттовской политической онто-теологии прогнозов. Необходима демонстрация парадигматического различия представлений социального (политического) как горизонта осмысленности «метафизических понятий», соединяющих реальное и действительное и доводящих познание социального (политического) до истины. Суверенное решение есть основоположение политической онто-теологии К. Шмитта; выяснение его смысла как радикального метафизического понятия является актуальной исследовательской задачей.Цель – установить значение и значимость децизионизма К. Шмитта в системе выстроенной им политической онто-теологии.Задачи: определить структуру шмиттовского децизионизма; истолковать содержание трех случаев политического решения в горизонте их связности и необходимости; продемонстрировать различие в представлении политического порядка в двух западных парадигмах политического; место/отсутствие в них политического решения и необходимые из этого следствия.Методология. Философское истолкование, то есть помещение суверенного решения в горизонт осмысленности и связности (гегелевской конкретности), предполагает выстраивание переспективы парадигмы «понятия политического»; процесс философского истолкования завершается только в радикальном, по Шмитту, метафизическом понятии, в котором совпадают реальное и действительное; в новоевропейской философии – в самодостоверности субъекта и его предметного представления (М. Хайдеггер).Результаты. Господство «либеральной метафизики» и следующее из него представление политического в экономической парадигме выявили значение суверенного решения как конститутива «понятия политического» К. Шмитта. Бесконечная дискуссия как режим «организации истины», верховенство права как исключение суверенного решения, «пустое место» как «отсутствующий центр» либеральной политической онтологии, «голая жизнь» (Дж. Агамбен) как возможность «блаженной жизни» и действительность лагеря как результат биополитического производства жизни, – существенные свойства политического, представленного в экономической парадигме. Смысл «понятия политического» как метафизического понятия выявлен в результате сопоставительного анализа двух названных парадигм западной политической философии: суверен/суверенное решение учреждает политический порядок посредством проведения границы; различает «друга-врага»; решением о чрезвычайном положении ограничивает «область аномии» и восстанавливает необходимую правовую форму политического порядка.Вывод. Суверен конституирует «внешний мир» и внутренний «правовой порядок»; его «двоящийся двойник»: homo sacer/террорист, – исключает возможность правового порядка; разрывает реальность (возможную) «блаженной жизни» и действительность лагеря и перманентной войны.
Relevance. The steadily growing interest in the theoretical constructions of K. Schmitt, first of all, is caused by the accuracy of the forecasts of Schmitt's political onto-theology of forecasts, which have become obvious in the last thirty years, built in the future. It is necessary to demonstrate the paradigmatic difference in the representations of the social (political) as the horizon of the meaningfulness of "metaphysical concepts" that connect the real and the actual and bring the knowledge of the social (political) to the truth. Sovereign decision is the foundation of K. Schmitt's political ontotheology; elucidation of its meaning as a radical metaphysical concept is an urgent research task.The purpose is to establish the significance and significance of K. Schmitt's decisionism in the system of political onto-theology built by him.Objectives: determine the structure of Schmitt's decisionism; to interpret the content of three cases of a political decision in the horizon of their coherence and necessity; demonstrate the difference in the representation of the political order in the two Western paradigms of the political; the place / absence of a political solution in them and the necessary consequences from this.Methodology. Philosophical interpretation, that is, placing the sovereign decision in the horizon of meaningfulness and coherence (Hegel's concreteness), presupposes building a perspective on the paradigm of the "concept of the political"; the process of philosophical interpretation ends only in a radical, according to Schmitt, metaphysical concept, in which the real and the actual coincide; in modern European philosophy – in the selfconfidence of the subject and its objective representation (M. Heidegger).Results. The dominance of "liberal metaphysics" and the necessary representation of the political in the economic paradigm, which follows from it, revealed the meaning of the sovereign decision as a constitutive of the "concept of the political" by K. Schmitt. Endless discussion as a regime of "organizing truth", the rule of law as the exclusion of a sovereign decision, "empty space" as a "missing center" of liberal political ontology, "naked life" (J. Agamben) as the possibility of a "blissful life" and the reality of the camp as a result of biopolitical production of life – essential properties of the political, represented in the economic paradigm. The meaning of the "concept of the political" as a metaphysical concept is revealed as a result of a comparative analysis of the two named paradigms of Western political philosophy: the sovereign / sovereign decision establishes a political order by drawing a border; distinguishes between "friend-enemy"; the decision on the state of emergency limits the "area of anomie" and restores the necessary legal form of political order.Conclusion. The sovereign constitutes the "external world" and the internal "legal order"; his "double double": homo sacer / terrorist, excludes the possibility of a legal order; tears apart the reality of the (possible) "blissful life" and the reality of the camp and permanent war.
