Актуальность. Сегодня переход к цифровой экономике является стратегическим вектором развития регионов России. Экономический рост в современных условиях возможен при условии эффективного использования цифровых технологий.Цифровая трансформация социально-экономической деятельности позволит обеспечить инновационное развитие экономики регионального уровня. При этом одновременно влечет ряд угроз, особенно это касается информационной и экономической безопасности, как на уровне государства, отдельно взятого региона, так и на уровне хозяйствующего субъекта.В динамично изменяющихся условиях способность обеспечить экономическую безопасность на всех уровнях от воздействия внутренних и внешних угроз характеризует конкурентный потенциал и возможность социально-экономического роста. Особую актуальность данный вопрос приобретает в условиях активного развития процессов цифровой трансформации.Цель исследования – выявить направления цифрового развития региональной экономики на основе цифровой трансформации хозяйствующих субъектов.Задачи исследования: определить уровни цифровизации экономики; выявить направления обеспечения экономической безопасности каждого уровня цифровизации; определить особенности цифровой трансформации системы обеспечения экономической безопасности экономических субъектов (управление конкурентоспособностью, система управления предприятием, управление кадрами, обеспечение информационной безопасности).Методология. При подготовке статьи использовались общелогические методы познания (наблюдение, анализ, синтез, обобщение, системный подход), метод теоретического анализа источников исследуемой проблемы, иллюстративно-графический метод.Результаты. В данной статье рассмотрены уровни цифровизации экономики, хозяйствующие субъекты определены как ключевые участники цифровой трансформации региональных экономических систем.Авторами выявлены особенности цифровой трансформации системы обеспечения экономической безопасности хозяйствующих субъектов в разрезе элементов (управление конкурентоспособностью, система управления предприятием, управление кадрами, обеспечение информационной безопасности).Выводы. Цифровая трансформация региона невозможна без активного участия субъектов хозяйствования. Цифровая трансформация на уровне хозяйствующих элементов должна реализовываться в современных условиях исходя из минимизации угроз экономической безопасности.
Relevance. Today, the transition to a digital economy is a strategic vector for the development of Russian regions. Economic growth in modern conditions is possible provided the effective use of digital technologies. The digital transformation of socio-economic activity will ensure the innovative development of the regional economy. At the same time, it simultaneously entails a number of threats, especially with regard to information and economic security, both at the level of the state, a separate region, and at the level of an economic entity. In a dynamically changing environment, the ability to ensure economic security at all levels from the impact of internal and external threats characterizes the competitive potential and the possibility of socio - economic growth. This issue is of particular relevance in the context of the active development of digital transformation processes.The purpose of the study is to identify areas of digital development of the regional economy based on the digital transformation of business entities.Objectives: to determine the levels of digitalization of the economy, to identify directions for ensuring the economic security of each level of digitalization; to determine the features of digital transformation of the system for ensuring the economic security of economic entities: competitiveness management, enterprise management system, personnel management, information security.Methodology. In preparing the article, general logical methods of cognition (observation, analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematic approach), the method of theoretical analysis of the sources of the problem under study, and the illustrative-graphic method were used.Results. This article examines the levels of digitalization of the economy, economic entities are identified as key participants in the digital transformation of regional economic systems.The authors identified the features of the digital transformation of the system for ensuring the economic security of business entities in the context of elements: competitiveness management, enterprise management system, personnel management, information security.Conclusions. The digital transformation of the region is impossible without the active participation of business entities. Digital transformation at the level of economic elements should be implemented in modern conditions based on minimizing threats to economic security.
