Актуальность. Эпидемия коронавируса COVID-19 сделала работу на дому необходимостью: физического контакта можно избежать, и в то же время он не ограничен физическим местоположением. В условиях предотвращения эпидемии удаленный офис имеет огромное преимущество. В то же время удаленная работа обнажила множество проблем, связанных с домашним офисом.Целью исследования является анализ современных тенденций развития удаленной работы офисов в условиях пандемии на примере Китая.Задачи: выявить преимущества удаленной работы, существующие проблемы при работе на дому, проблемы информационной безопасности и проблемы с доверием в удаленном офисе; определить состояние и будущие тенденции удаленной работы в Китае; обосновать эффективность применения технологии блокчейн в развитии удаленного офиса в будущем.Методология. В этой статье будут объединены характеристики удаленного офиса и текущая ситуация развития при использовании технологии блокчейн для решения основных существующих проблем удаленного офиса на данном этапе и устранения препятствий для развития удаленного офиса.Результаты. На основе проведенного исследования были получены следующие результаты: выявлены преимущества удаленной работы, существующие проблемы при работе на дому, проблемы информационной безопасности и проблемы с доверием в удаленном офисе, определены состояние и будущие тенденции удаленной работы в Китае, обоснована эффективность применения технологии блокчейн в развитии удаленного офиса в будущем.Выводы. Автором сделан вывод о том, что существуют широкие перспективы развития удаленного офиса. Технология блокчейн способствует развитию удаленного офиса в будущем. Механизм безопасности удаленного офиса следует разрабатывать на основе технологии блокчейн, поскольку блокчейн поможет эффективно решить проблему доверия в удаленном офисе.
Relevance. The COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic has made working from home a necessity: physical contact is avoidable and at the same time not limited to physical location. In the context of epidemic prevention, a remote office has a huge advantage. At the same time, telecommuting has exposed many of the challenges associated with home office.The purpose of the study is to analyze current trends in the development of remote office work in the context of a pandemic using the example of China.Objectives: to identify the benefits of remote work, existing problems when working at home, information security problems and trust issues in a remote office; to determine the state and future trends of remote work in China; to substantiate the effectiveness of using blockchain technology in the development of a remote office in the future.Methodology. This article will combine the characteristics of a remote office and the current situation of development when using blockchain technology to solve the main existing problems of a remote office at this stage and remove obstacles to the development of a remote office.Results. Based on the study, the following results were obtained: the advantages of remote work, existing problems when working at home, information security problems and problems with trust in a remote office were identified, the state and future trends of remote work in China were determined, the effectiveness of using blockchain technology in the development of remote office in the future.Conclusions. The author concluded that there are broad prospects for the development of a remote office. Blockchain technology is driving the development of the remote office in the future. The remote office security mechanism should be developed based on blockchain technology, since blockchain will help to effectively solve the problem of trust in the remote office.
