Актуальность темы исследования определяется всевозрастающей ролью инжиниринговых услуг в инновационной деятельности, характеризующей высокотехнологичный сектор современной экономики. В условиях наличия исторически сложившейся сети высших учебных заведений, создание и успешное функционирование инжиниринговых центров, сформированных на базе университетской науки и управления, выступающее предметом исследования, отличает наиболее развитые страны.Цель исследования – выявить и обосновать основные направления и аспекты взаимодействия университетских ИИЦ США с высокотехнологичными компаниями американского бизнеса.Задачи: исследовать конкретные формы и общественные инструменты интеграции науки, образования и реальной экономики США, функционирующие на протяжении длительного времени на базе университетской автономии.Методология. Для анализа привлеченного теоретического и статистического материала по заявленной проблематике использованы приемы таких методов, как статистико-экономический анализ, сравнительная оценка, типологической группировки, индукции.Результаты позволяют определить экономический феномен взаимодействия инжиниринговых исследовательских центров, функционирующих при университетах США, с высокотехнологичным сектором американской экономики как результат сложившейся региональной сверхконцентрации и интеграции университетской науки, образования и экономики. В работе показано, как на основе достижения высоких показателей уровня научно-производственной интеграции, обусловленной использованием потенциала университетского инжиниринга, в геоэкономическом пространстве штатов США функционирует эффективный и результативный «регионально-университетский механизм» развития высокотехнологичных компаний.Выводы. Университетские ИИЦ в условиях сложившейся отраслевой специализации регионов США под действием инновационных процессов, в частности факторов научно-производственной интеграции, обусловленной развитием рынка инжиниринговых услуг, оказывают существенное влияние на эффективность регионального развития высокотехнологичных компаний и, как следствие, национального развития в целом.
The relevance of the research topic is determined by the ever-increasing role of engineering services in innovation, which characterizes the high-tech sector of the modern economy. In the context of the presence of a historically established network of higher educational institutions, the creation and successful functioning of engineering centers formed on the basis of university science and management, which is the subject of research, distinguishes the most developed countries.The purpose of the study is to identify and substantiate the main directions and aspects of the interaction of US university IICs with high-tech companies in American business.Objektives. A study of specific forms and social instruments for the integration of science, education and the real economy of the United States, functioning for a long time on the basis of university autonomy.Methodology. To analyze the attracted theoretical and statistical material on the stated problems, the techniques of such methods as statistical and economic analysis, comparative assessment, typological grouping, induction were used.The results allow us to determine the economic phenomenon of the interaction of engineering research centers operating at US universities with the high-tech sector of the American economy as a result of the prevailing regional over-concentration and integration of university science, education and economics. The paper shows how, based on the achievement of high indicators of the level of scientific and industrial integration, due to the use of the potential of university engineering, an effective and efficient "regional university mechanism" for the development of high-tech companies functions in the geo-economic space of the US states.Conclusions. University ICC in the context of the existing industry specialization of the US regions under the influence of innovation processes, in particular, factors of scientific and industrial integration, due to the development of the engineering services market, have a significant impact on the effectiveness of regional development of hightech companies, and, as a result, national development in general.
