Актуальность. В данной статье проводится анализ факторов ИКТ, влияющих на формирование и развитие цифровой экономики региона. Как показали события 2020-2021 гг., связанные с вирусной пандемией, цифровая трансформация общества является необходимым элементов развития экономики в целом. При этом цифровая трансформация способствует увеличению производительности труда и интенсивному экономическому росту, в то же время устанавливает ключевые показатели успеха, соответствующие новым организационным целям развития общества.Целью исследования является анализ факторов развития регионов в цифровом экономическом пространстве.Задачи. Достижение поставленной цели предопределило решение следующих задач: исследование индикаторов цифровой трансформации макро- и мезоуровней; измерение региональных факторов, влияющих на формирование и развитие цифровой экономики на основе построения эконометрических моделей; разработка рекомендаций развития цифрового экономического пространства.Методология. Основой исследования являются методы рейтингового и статистического анализа данных, индукции, дедукции, синтеза, методы эконометрического анализа.Результаты. На основе оценки динамики изменений факторов цифровизации за исследуемый период проведена кластеризация регионов ЦФО на четыре группы. Выделены регионы, стабильно развивающиеся и сохранившие свои позиции, регионы, которые ухудшили свои позиции, наблюдается отрицательная тенденция развития; регионы, которые улучшили свои позиции, наблюдается положительная тенденция развития; а также регионы ЦФО, которые незначительно снизили или повысили место в рейтинге, наблюдается незначительная динамика.Выводы. В заключение сделан вывод о необходимости содействия глобальному подключению к информационной сети, расширения использования принципов Индустрии 4.0, использования возможностей искусственного интеллекта для развития информационного экономического пространства и эффективной цифровой трансформации как отдельных регионов, так и экономики страны в целом.
Relevance. This article analyzes the factors influencing the formation and development of the digital economy of the region. As the events of 2020-2021 associated with the viral pandemic have shown, the digital transformation of society is a necessary element of the development of the economy as a whole. At the same time, digital transformation contributes to an increase in labor productivity and intensive economic growth, at the same time, it establishes key indicators of success that correspond to the new organizational development goals of society.The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors of regional development in the digital economic space.Objectives. Achievement of this goal predetermined the solution of the following tasks: study of indicators of digital transformation of macro and meso levels; measurement of regional ICT factors affecting the formation and development of the digital economy based on the construction of econometric models; development of recommendations for the development of the digital economic space.Methodology. The research is based on methods of rating and statistical analysis of data, induction, deduction, synthesis, methods of econometric analysis.Results. Based on an assessment of the dynamics of changes in the factors of digitalization for the period under study, the regions of the Central Federal District were clustered into four groups. Regions that are steadily developing and have retained their positions are highlighted, regions that have worsened their positions, there is a negative development trend; regions that have improved their positions, there is a positive development trend; as well as the regions of the Central Federal District that slightly decreased or increased their place in the rating, there is a slight dynamicsConclusions. In conclusion, it was concluded that it is necessary to promote global connection to the information network, expand the use of the principles of Industry 4.0, use the capabilities of artificial intelligence for the development of the information economic space and effective digital transformation of both individual regions and the country's economy as a whole.
