Актуальность выполненного исследования заключается в том, что понимание «габитуальной» структуры населения дает возможность планирования государственных стратегий и программ, направленных на поддержание стабильности на российском политическом поле.Цель – определение структуры социальных габитусов населения Курской области.Задачи: определение структуры направленности диспозиций населения; установление эффективных капиталов исследуемой выборочной совокупности; формирование структуры социальных габитусов населения Курской области; представление «цифровых» характеристик социальных габитусов населения Курской области.Методология. Теоретическая основа исследования – теория социального пространства П. Бурдье. Определение социальных габитусов произведено на основании авторского подхода, заключающегося в определении социальных габитусов методом сопоставления направленности основной диспозиции респондентов и их эффективного капитала.Эмпирическая база статьи – социологическое исследование «Отношение населения к цифровой экономике», выполненное в феврале-мае 2020 г. в рамках проекта «Российская цифровая экономика как социальное поле».Результаты. Существующая структура социальных габитусов населения Курской области не лучшим образом способствует поступательному движению в социально-экономическом развитии региона.Выводы. Габитусы взрослого населения изменить практически невозможно, но полученные результаты исследования дают возможность учитывать региональные особенности «габитуальной» структуры при планировании и разработке федеральных, и в первую очередь региональных, программ социально-экономического развития.

The relevance of the study is that understanding the "habitual" structure of the population makes it possible to plan government strategies and programs aimed at maintaining stability in the Russian political field.The purpose is to determine the structure of social habitus of the Kursk region population.Objectives: determination of the structure of the population’ dispositions orientation; determine the effective capitals of the studied sample; formation of the structure of the Kursk region population’ social habitus; representation of "digital" characteristics of the Kursk region population’ social habitus.Methodology. The theoretical basis of the research is P. Bourdieu's theory of social space. The definition of social habitus was made on the author's approach, which consists in determining social habitus by comparing the orientation of the respondents’ main disposition and their effective capital.The empirical basis of the article is the sociological study "The attitude of the population to the digital economy", carried out in February-May 2020 as part of the project "Russian digital economy as a social field".Results. The existing structure of social habitus of the Kursk region population and their digital characteristics does not in the best way contribute to the progressive movement in the socio-economic development of the region.Conclusions. It is practically impossible to change the habitus of the adult population, but the results of the study make it possible to take into account the regional features of the “habitual” structure when planning and developing federal, and, first of all, regional programs of socio-economic development.
