Актуальность. Социально-экономическое положение приграничных регионов в настоящее время рассматривается как локомотив развития приграничного взаимодействия и сотрудничества сопредельных территорий. Стратегически важно для России сегодня проведение эффективной политики развития регионов ДВФО РФ, расположенных вблизи стран АТР.Целью исследования выступает оценка современной ситуации регионов ДВФО РФ, в том числе приграничных, на основе анализа социально-экономического положения субъектов округа.Задачи исследования направлены на: проведение анализа динамики социально-экономических показателей, характеризующих современное развитие регионов ДВФО РФ, в том числе его приграничных регионов за период 2015-2019 гг.; оценку влияния современного положения на дальнейшее развитие округа.Методология. В работе были использованы методы оценки современной социально-экономической ситуации, методы статистического анализа, метод сравнения и синтеза.Результаты. В ходе анализа выявлено, что в последние годы в связи со смещением вектора внешнеполитического курса РФ наибольшее внимание со стороны российских органов власти было направлено на поддержку и дальнейшее развитие регионов ДВФО РФ и входящих в них территорий. В обновленной нормативно-правовой базе отмечается важность стратегического положения и близость территорий ДВФО РФ к территориям зарубежных стран. Однако наблюдается ряд проблем, связанных с достижением промежуточных результатов относительно развития социальной и экономической сфер рассматриваемых регионов, в частности миграция коренного населения, наплыв иностранных мигрантов со стороны восточных стран, неразвитость инфраструктуры, несовершенство механизма управления территориями.Выводы. Предложениями по решению выявленных проблем могут стать меры, направленные на совершенствование нормативно-правовой базы, ее сближение с документами сопредельных государств- партнеров РФ в АТР, проведение систематичного мониторинга за соблюдением намеченных промежуточных целей развития, направленных на достижение конечных ключевых стратегических показателей, дальнейшее стимулирование частного предпринимательства, создание комфортных условий для развития малого и среднего бизнеса, активное привлечение иностранных инвестиций, развитие внешней торговли.
Relevance. The socio-economic situation of the border regions is currently considered as a locomotive for the development of border interaction and cooperation of adjacent territories. It is strategically important for Russia today to pursue an effective policy for the development of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation located near the APR countries.The purpose of the scientific article is to assess the current situation of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation, including border regions, based on the analysis of the socio-economic situation of the subjects of the district.Objectives of the research are aimed at analyzing the dynamics of socio-economic indicators characterizing the current development of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation, including its border regions for the period 2015-2019; assessing the impact of the current situation on the further development of the district.Methodology. The author used methods of assessing the current socio-economic situation, methods of statistical analysis, the method of comparison and synthesis.Results. The analysis revealed that in recent years, due to the shift in the vector of the foreign policy course of the Russian Federation, the greatest attention from the Russian authorities was directed to the support and further development of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation and their territories. The updated regulatory framework notes the importance of the strategic position and the proximity of the territories of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation to the territories of foreign countries. However, there are a number of problems associated with achieving intermediate results regarding the development of the social and economic spheres of the regions under consideration, in particular, the migration of the indigenous population, the influx of foreign migrants from the eastern countries, the underdevelopment of infrastructure, the imperfection of the territorial management mechanism.Conclusions. The author's proposals for solving the identified problems can be measures aimed at improving the regulatory framework, bringing it closer to the documents of the neighboring partner states of the Russian Federation in the Asia-Pacific region, conducting systematic monitoring of compliance with the planned intermediate development goals aimed at achieving the final key strategic indicators, further stimulating private entrepreneurship, creating comfortable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, actively attracting foreign investment, developing foreign trade.
