Актуальность. В современных условиях туристический бизнес оказывает влияние на социально-экономическую стабильность территорий, на формирование доходов бюджетной системы.Российская Федерация обладает богатым культурно-историческим потенциалом, что позволяет наращивать индустрию туризма за счет увеличения потоков иностранных и отечественных туристов. В статье авторами приведены официальные статистические данные, отражающие значимость российской туристской сферы и стратегические перспективы ее развития, что должно увеличить ее вклад в национальную экономику и повысить рейтинг в мировых показателях.Цель. Основной целью работы является оценка роли индустрии туризма в экономическом развитии регионов РФ.Делаются выводы о том, что в современных реалиях в связи с нестабильной эпидемиологической и геополитической обстановками рынок туризма в РФ сильно пострадал, что не позволило получить планируемые доходы, и ряд компаний оказалось в тяжелом финансовом состоянии.Задачи. В статье решаются следующие задачи: охарактеризовать современную ситуацию в области экономической безопасности в туристическом секторе РФ; оценить результаты реализации государственной программы «Развитие туризма».Методология. Методологическая база базируется на комплексе экономических методов исследования, объединенных системным подходом к изучению исследуемой проблемы.Результаты. В статье представлены результаты оценки влияния явных вызовов в российской туристской отрасли и новых возможностей для ее дальнейшего развития.Вывод. Для формирования устойчивой позиции на рынке туристских услуг необходимо эффективно реализовывать стратегические меры, которые должны находиться в тесной взаимосвязи с тенденциями национальной индустрии туризма и опытом зарубежных стран по предоставлению различного спектра услуг.
Relevance. In modern conditions, the tourism business has an impact on the socio-economic stability of the territories, on the formation of revenues of the budget system.The Russian Federation has a rich cultural and historical potential, which makes it possible to increase the tourism industry by increasing the flow of foreign and domestic tourists. In the article, the authors present official statistics reflecting the importance of the Russian tourism sector and the strategic prospects for its development, which should increase its contribution to the national economy and increase its rating in world indicators.Purpose The main purpose of the work is to assess the role of the tourism industry in the economicdevelopment of the regions of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that in modern realities, due to the unstable epidemiological and geopolitical situation, the tourism market in the Russian Federation has suffered greatly, which did not allow additional revenues to be received by the regional budgets.Objectives. The article solves the following tasks: to characterize the current situation in the field of economic security in the tourism sector of the Russian Federation, to assess the results of the implementation of the state program "Tourism Development".Methodology. The methodological base of the study is based on a set of methods of economic research, united by a systematic approach to the study of this problem.Results. The article presents the results of assessing the impact of apparent challenges in the Russian tourism industry and new opportunities for its further development.Conclusions. To form a stable position in the tourism services market, it is necessary to effectively implement strategic measures that should be in close relationship with the trends of the national tourism industry and the experience of foreign countries in providing a different range of services.
