   Актуальность. В современных реалиях эффективное и своевременное координирование и управление строительной подсистемой региона становятся все более значимыми и приобретают новые горизонты. Появляется необходимость в корректировки и дополнении имеющихся методик оценки эффективности управления строительной подсистемой региона, призванных расширить спектр показателей и тем самым уточнить полученный результат. Уточнение методик оценки позволит прогнозировать развитие строительной подсистемы, даст возможность грамотного и своевременно ее скоординировать, снизит возможные кризисные влияния и позволит получить более быстрые и качественные результаты процессов, функционирующих в данной подсистеме, что приведет к улучшению экономического, политического и социального состояния как регионов, так и страны в целом.    Цель ‒ проведение анализа показателей, необходимых для включения в состав оценки эффективности строительной подсистемы, выбор и обоснование показателей, характеризующих строительную подсистему региона, выявление показателей, необходимых для включения в методику оценки.    Задачи: исследование имеющихся методик оценки эффективности управления строительной подсистемой региона; изучение взаимосвязи и взаимодействия показателей оценки эффективности управления строительной подсистемой региона; обоснование и предложение дополнительных параметров для проведения оценки эффективности управления строительной подсистемой региона.       

    Методология

    Методология.  Для проведения данного исследования были применены методологические аспекты системного подхода, логического и экономического анализа, дедукции.    Результаты. Проанализирована динамика выбранных показателей деятельности строительной подсистемы региона за изучаемый временной период, выявлены закономерности и особенности. Проведенное исследование позволило обосновать внесение дополнительных показателей в методику оценки эффективности управления строительной подсистемой региона.    Выводы. Предложена корректировка методики оценки эффективности управления строительной подсистемой региона путем расчета дополнительных показателей. Представлены положительные результаты расширения методики оценки эффективности управления строительной подсистемой региона.

   Relevance. In modern realities, effective and timely coordination and management of the construction subsystem of the region is becoming increasingly important and gaining new horizons. There is a need to adjust and supplement the existing methods of assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region, designed to expand the range of indicators and thereby clarify the result.    The purpose is analysis of indicators that characterize and are necessary for inclusion in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the construction subsystem.    Objectives: the study of available methods for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region; the study of the relationship and interaction of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region; justification and proposal of additional parameters for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region.    Methodology. In the process of developing this topic, methods of a systematic approach, logical and economic analysis, and deduction were used. Results. The study made it possible to justify the introduction of additional indicators in the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region.    Conclusions. The positive results of the expansion of the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region are presented.
