Актуальность исследования определяется потерей возможности удовлетворения потребности российских туристов в организации путешествий по популярным излюбленным туристическим направлениям с введением санкций США и ведущих западных стран из-за военной операции России на Украине. Цель данного исследования состоит в поиске новых направлений развития выездного туризма с целью заполнения образовавшегося вакуума. Задачи: выявление влияния санкций ведущих западных стран на состояние выездного туризма; исследование интересов туристов в зависимости от возрастной категории; поиск направлений выхода из кризисной ситуации; предложение нового перспективного направления развития выездного туризма. Методология. В рамках исследования были использованы материалы информационных агентств, стандартные методы статистической обработки; применены методы научного обобщения, сбора и обработки информации, а также методы сравнительного и стратегического анализа.
Результаты исследования показали, что падение туристского спроса, обусловленное санкциями США и странами Евросоюза из-за специальной операции России на Украине, может быть преодолено. Однако если туристические фирмы будут надеяться только на меры государственной поддержки, то они вряд ли смогут долго оставаться на плаву. Выводы. Туристические агентства, не успев оправиться от последствий COVID-19, потеряв значительное количество клиентов в 2020-2021 гг., вновь столкнулись с серьезными проблемами в 2022 г. Теперь они вынуждены бороться за расширение выездного туристского потока из Российской Федерации, который резко сузился из-за закрытия границ западными странами. Успешно справиться с решением данной проблемы поможет разработка новых туристских маршрутов.
The relevance of the study is determined by the loss of the ability to meet the needs of Russian tourists in organizing trips to popular favorite tourist destinations with the introduction of sanctions by the United States and leading Western countries due to Russia's military operation in Ukraine. The purpose of this study is to find new directions for the development of outbound tourism in order to fill the vacuum that has formed. Objectives: to identify the impact of sanctions of leading Western countries on the state of outbound tourism; to study the interests of tourists depending on the age category; to search for ways out of the crisis situation; to propose a new promising direction for the development of outbound tourism. Methodology. Within the framework of the study, materials of news agencies, standard methods of statistical processing were used; methods of scientific generalization, collection and processing of information, as well as methods of comparative and strategic analysis were applied. The results of the study showed that the drop in tourist demand caused by US and EU sanctions due to Russia's special operation in Ukraine can be overcome. However, if travel companies rely only on government support measures, they are unlikely to be able to stay afloat for a long time. Conclusions. Travel agencies, having not had time to recover from the consequences of COVID-19, having lost a significant number of customers in 2020-2021, again faced serious problems in 2022. Now they are forced to fight for the expansion of the outbound tourist flow from the Russian Federation, which has sharply narrowed due to the closure of borders by Western countries. The development of new tourist routes will help to successfully cope with the solution of this problem.
