В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с развитием метакомпетенций студентов вузов как ключевого фактора эффективности индивидуальной и командной работы. Развитие IT-технологий и изменение в системе социальных коммуникаций ведут к постоянному развитию компетенций, прежде всего метакомпетенций. При это происходит «разрыв» между уровнями госуправления, развитием технологий, персонала и социально-экономической сферы, что ведет к социальной катастрофе. Ликвидация такого «разрыва» возможна лишь при развитии компетенций персонала. Приводятся результаты конкретных исследований оценки эффективности индивидуальной и командной работы с помощью методов нелинейной динамики, многофакторного регрессионного и когнитивного моделирования. </p><p>Цель – дать представление о метакомпетенциях и моделях их практического использования в индивидуальной и командной работе.</p></sec><sec><title>Задачи</title><p>Задачи: провести краткий анализ существующих компетентностных подходов, в т. ч. дать представление о неклассическом компетентностном подходе; «целостной модели компетенций», используемой в управлении развитием компетенций; дать представление об учебном ситуационном центре (УСЦ) как об эффективной игровой среде для развития компетенций; предложить схему синтеза научных, образовательных и управленческих практик, используемых в вузе; дать общее представление о различных видах социальных траекторий; дать представление об образовательно-карьерной траектории студента как одного из видов социальных траекторий, предназначенных для управления развитием компетенций. </p></sec><sec><title>Методология</title><p>Методология. При изучении данной темы были использованы: метод теоретического анализа источников исследования проблемы, илюстративно-графический метод, метод сравнительного анализа, а также различные виды моделирования (нелинейная динамика процессов, многофакторное регрессионное и когнитивное моделирование).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В статье представлен анализ результатов практических исследований в области всех используемых видов моделирования. </p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. В процессе формирования и развития метакомпетенций как индивидуальных, так и командных авторы предлагают использовать различные виды моделирования (систему моделей), предназначенные для управления метакомпетенциями в проектной работе. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. The article discusses issues related to the development of media competence of university students as a key factor in the effectiveness of individual and team work. The development of IT technologies and changes in the system of social communications lead to the constant development of competencies, primarily metacompetencies. At the same time, there is a "gap" between the levels of public administration, the development of technology, personnel and the socio-economic sphere, which leads to a social catastrophe. The elimination of such a "gap" is possible only with the development of staff competencies. The results of specific studies evaluating the effectiveness of individual and team work using methods of nonlinear dynamics, multifactorial regression and cognitive modeling are presented.</p><p>The purpose is to give an idea of meta-competencies and models of their practical use in individual and team work.</p></sec><sec><title>Objectives</title><p>Objectives: to conduct a brief analysis of: existing competence-based approaches, including to give an idea of the non-classical competence approach; the "holistic competence model" used in the management of competence development; to give an idea of the educational situational center (USC) as an effective gaming environment for the development of competencies; to propose a scheme for the synthesis of scientific, educational and managerial practices used at the university; to give a general idea of the different types of social trajectories; to give an idea of the student's educational and career trajectory as one of the types of social trajectories designed to manage the development of competencies.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. In studying this topic, the following methods were used: the method of theoretical analysis of the sources of research of the problem, the illustrative-graphical method, the method of comparative analysis, as well as various types of modeling (nonlinear dynamics of processes, multifactorial regression and cognitive modeling).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The article presents an analysis of the results of practical research in the field of all types of modeling used.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
