Актуальность. В современных условиях хозяйствования организациям различных отраслей и сфер деятельности приходится адаптироваться к вызовам внешней среды. Менеджмент компаний в критических ситуациях приобретает особые черты, позволяющие не только отразить «внешние атаки», но и двигаться далее в выбранном ранее стратегическом направлении развития организации. В настоящее время одним из наиболее масштабных критических вызовов является распространение коронавирусной инфекции Covid-19. В качестве объекта исследования выступила ранее динамично развивающаяся строительная отрасль, претерпевшая существенные изменения в условиях такого критического вызова внешней среды, как Covid-19. Прогнозы развития данной отрасли резко ухудшились, спровоцировав интерес менеджмента строительных компаний в отношении применяемого инструментария для разработки оптимальных управленческих решений в условиях критических вызовов внешней среды.Цель – исследовать инструментарий менеджмента компаний в отраслях и сферах деятельности в условиях критических вызовов внешней среды.Задачи: изучить сложившиеся условия хозяйствования строительной отрасли до и во время пандемии Covid-19; выявить и применить на практике оптимальные для сферы строительства инструменты принятия управленческих решений; оценить эффективность обоснованного инструментария.Методология. В процессе исследования были использованы общенаучные методы логического и статистического анализа, качественный и количественный анализ, а также специфические методы, такие как графоаналитический метод, метод Хэя и метод платежной матрицы.Результаты. Изучены условия хозяйствования строительной отрасли до и во время пандемии Covid-19; выявлены и апробированы оптимальные для сферы строительства инструменты принятия управленческих решений; оценена эффективность обоснованного инструментария.Выводы. Применение оптимальных инструментов менеджмента организаций строительной отрасли в условиях критических вызовов внешней среды позволит снизить их отрицательное воздействие. Грамотное использование методов принятия управленческих решений способствует качественному и количественному всестороннему анализу, позволяющему организациям выстроить дальнейшую стратегию по удержанию позиции на рынке в неблагоприятный период хозяйствования.
Relevance. In modern economic conditions, organizations of various industries and spheres of activity have to adapt to the challenges of the external environment. The management of companies in critical situations acquires special features that make it possible not only to repel "e“ternal attacks",”but also to move further in the previously chosen strategic direction of the organization's’development. Currently, one of the most ambitious critical challenges is the spread of the covid-19 coronavirus infection. The object of the study was the previously dynamically developing construction industry, which has undergone significant changes in the face of such a critical challenge of the external environment as covid-19. The forecasts for the development of this industry have sharply deteriorated, thereby provoking the interest of the management of construction companies in relation to the tools used to develop optimal management decisions in the face of critical challenges of the external environment.Purpose. To study the toolkit of company management in industries and spheres of activity in the face of critical challenges of the external environment.Objectives: to study the prevailing economic conditions in the construction industry before and during the covid-19 pandemic; identify and apply in practice the tools for making managerial decisions that are optimal for the construction sector; evaluate the effectiveness of a valid toolkit.Methodology. In the course of the study, general scientific methods of logical and statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as specific methods, such as the graphic-analytical method, Hay's’method and the payment matrix method were used.Results. The operating conditions of the construction industry were studied before and during the covid-19 pandemic; identified and tested tools for making management decisions that are optimal for the construction sector; assessed the effectiveness of sound tools.Conclusions. The use of optimal management tools for organizations in the construction industry in the face of critical environmental challenges will reduce their negative impact. The competent use of methods for making managerial decisions contributes to the qualitative and quantitative comprehensive analysis, which allows organizations to build a further strategy to maintain their position in the market during an unfavorable period of management.
