Актуальность исследования определяется тем, что цифровая трансформация предприятия становится краеугольным камнем успеха организации: предприятия используют цифровые технологии для оптимизации производственных процессов, логистических операций, повышения качества продукции, обслуживания клиентов и развития цифровых инноваций.
Цель исследования состоит в разработке ключевых этапов формирования методического подхода для оценки эффективности проектов цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия на основе определения основных аспектов цифровой трансформации предприятий в части формирования новой бизнес-модели предприятия в едином информационном (цифровом) пространстве.
Задачи исследования состоят в проведении анализа публикаций в части уточнения термина «проект цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия» и формулировке авторского определения «проекта цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия» с позиции развития производственно-экономической системы; выявлении отличительных особенностей ИТ-проектов и проектов цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия; проведении анализа инструментария оценки управленческих цифровых решений; разработке этапов формирования методического подхода для оценки эффективности проектов цифровой трансформации.
Методология. В процессе проведения исследования применялись следующие методы: компаративный анализ, наблюдения, обобщения, абстрагирования, моделирования. В ходе выполнения научного исследования использовались методы дедукции и индукции, системного и критического анализа.
Результаты. В результате проведенного исследования авторами сформулировано определение дефиниции «проект цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия» с позиции развития производственно-экономической системы. Выявлены отличительные особенности ИТ-проектов и проектов цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия. На основе предложенной структуры методического подхода и проведенного анализа инструментария для оценки управленческих цифровых решений разработаны этапы формирования методического подхода для оценки эффективности проектов цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия.
Вывод. Авторы делают вывод, что разработанные этапы формирования методического подхода для оценки эффективности проектов цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия будут полезны руководителям предприятий для обеспечения стратегического конкурентного успеха и повышения эффективности деятельности.
The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the digital transformation of the enterprise becomes the cornerstone of the organization's success: enterprises use digital technologies to optimize production processes, logistics operations, improve product quality, customer service and develop digital innovation.
The purpose of the study is to develop key stages of the formation of a methodological approach to assess the effectiveness of digital transformation projects of an industrial enterprise based on the determination of the main aspects of digital transformation of enterprises in terms of the formation of a new business model of the enterprise in a single information (digital) space.
The objectives of the study are to analyze publications in terms of clarifying the term "digital transformation project of an industrial enterprise" and formulating the author's definition of "digital transformation project of an industrial enterprise" from the standpoint of developing the production and economic system; identification of distinctive features of IT projects and projects of digital transformation of an industrial enterprise; analysis of the tools for assessing management digital decisions; development of stages of methodological approach formation for evaluation of efficiency of digital transformation projects.
Methodology. The following methods were used during the study: comparative analysis, observations, generalization, abstraction, modeling. In the course of scientific research, methods of deduction and induction, systemic and critical analysis were used.
Results. As a result of the study, the authors formulated the definition of the definition "project of digital transformation of an industrial enterprise" from the standpoint of developing the production and economic system. Distinctive features of IT projects and digital transformation projects of an industrial enterprise have been identified. Based on the proposed structure of the methodological approach and the analysis of tools for assessing management digital decisions, the stages of forming a methodological approach for assessing the effectiveness of digital transformation projects of an industrial enterprise were developed.
Conclusion. The authors conclude that the developed stages of forming a methodological approach to assess the effectiveness of digital transformation projects of an industrial enterprise will be useful for enterprise managers to ensure strategic competitive success and increase operational efficiency.
