Актуальность. Вузовская наука представляет собой основу прогрессивного развития регионов Российской Федерации, обеспечивая новыми знаниями и идеями, превращая знания в технологии и ускоренное развитие культурной среды. Введение в учебный процесс научных исследований является необходимым и важным условиями для сохранения высокого профессионального уровня преподавателей, формирования профессиональных компетенций, повышения квалификации будущих специалистов. В последние несколько лет основные экономические процессы демонстрируют положительную динамику, что свидетельствует об эффективности реализуемой стратегии социально-экономического развития региона, а также эффективная политика пространственного развития территории является ключевым фактором в достижении положительной тенденции в развитии области. Министр науки и высшего образования В. Н. Фальков в апреле 2024 г. заявил о необходимости трансформации системы высшего образования, делая акцент на специализированном высшем образовании на базе междисциплинарного подхода, которое позволит эффективнее интегрировать вузовскую науку в региональное пространственное развитие и национальную инновационную систему.
Цель исследования состоит в совершенствовании механизмов интеграции вузовской науки в инновационную систему региона при пространственном развитии Воронежской области.
Задачи: провести анализ влияния механизмов интеграции вузовской науки на тренды пространственного развития; проанализировать научно-технологическое развитие; сформулировать основные выводы о вузовской науке как о части социально-экономической системы региона.
Методология. При проведении исследования были использованы общенаучные методы логического анализа, метод кабинетного исследования, метод систематизации, описательный метод.
Результаты. В ходе исследования были выявлены ключевые факторы, способствовавшие позитивной динамике экономики Воронежской области, и рассмотрены механизмы интеграции вузовской науки в региональную инновационную систему.
Выводы. В реалиях научно-технологического развития существует необходимость совершенствовать методы интеграции вузовской науки в региональную инновационную систему, а также предложены рекомендации, связанные с оптимизацией пространственного развития Воронежской области в целях повышения качества и привлекательности вузовской науки на базе функционирующих в регионе инновационных аспектов.
Relevance. University science is the basis for the progressive development of the regions of the Russian Federation, providing new knowledge and ideas, turning knowledge into technology and accelerated development of the cultural environment. The introduction of scientific research into the educational process is necessary and important conditions for maintaining the high professional level of teachers, the formation of professional competencies, and advanced training of future specialists. In the last few years, the main economic processes have demonstrated positive dynamics, which indicates the effectiveness of the implemented strategy of socio-economic development of the region, as well as an effective policy of spatial development of the territory are key factors in achieving a positive trend in the development of the region. Minister of Science and Higher Education V.N. Falkov in April 2024 He stated the need to transform the higher education system, focusing on specialized higher education based on an interdisciplinary approach that will more effectively integrate university science into regional spatial development and the national innovation system.
The purpose of the study is to determine the mechanisms of integration of university science in the spatial development of the Voronezh region through the innovation system.
Objectives: to analyze the impact of the mechanisms of integration of university science on the trends of spatial development; to analyze scientific and technological development; to formulate the main conclusions about university science as part of the socio-economic system of the territory.
Methodology. The general scientific methods of logical analysis, method of desk research, method of systematization, descriptive method were used in the study. Results. The study revealed the key factors that contributed to the positive dynamics of the economy of the Voronezh region and considered the mechanisms of integration of university science into the regional innovation system.
Conclusions. In the realities of scientific and technological development there is a need to improve the methods of integration of university science into the regional innovation system, and recommendations related to the optimization of spatial development of the Voronezh region in order to improve the quality and attractiveness of university science on the basis of innovative aspects functioning in the region have been proposed.
