Актуальность. Актуальные тенденции развития российской промышленности требуют адаптации цифровых технологий, оказывающих определяющее влияние на темпы интенсификации инновационных процессов и конкурентных характеристик продукции, обеспечивающих необходимый уровень экономики страны. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена тем, что российская промышленность определяет вектор технологического развития материального производства и сферы услуг, способствуя трансляции разработок и инноваций в социально-экономические сферы жизнедеятельности. Осуществляется выполнение поставленных государственных задач обеспечения конкурентоспособности российской промышленной продукции на отечественных и глобальных рынках. Отдельные российские регионы обладают высоким промышленным потенциалом, развитие которого предполагает принятие решений по цифровизации производства. Целью написания статьи является разработка модели развития промышленности в цифровой среде на основе исследования регионального опыта технологической модернизации отрасли. Задачи: выявить основные проблемы развития цифровизации отрасли промышленности Тюменской области; определить пути их решения; выявить ключевые направления влияния цифровой среды на профильные предприятия на основе анализа научно-теоретических подходов о роли цифровых технологий в развитии промышленного производства. Методология. Исследование проведено на основе статистических показателей цифровизации промышленного производства Тюменской области. Основными методами стали системный и ситуационный подходы, социально-экономическое моделирование. Результаты: систематизированы научно-теоретические подходы в сфере оценки влияния цифровых технологий на промышленность; исследован региональный опыт Тюменской области по цифровизации промышленного производства; определены основные тенденции и ограничения устойчивого трансформационного процесса цифровизации производства и управления отрасли. Выводы. Крупные промышленные комплексы обладают наибольшим инновационным потенциалом адаптации и развития цифровых технологий, оптимизации ресурсного потенциала и концентрации производственной мощности в специфических территориальных условиях. Цифровые решения и технологии обеспечивают сокращение затрат, совершенствование технологических процессов, повышают качество промышленной продукции, снижают количество риска человеческого фактора в ошибках и увеличивают объемы производства.
Relevance. Current trends in the development of Russian industry require the adaptation of digital technologies that have a decisive impact on the pace of intensification of innovation processes and competitive characteristics of products that provide the necessary level of the country's economy. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the Russian industry determines the vector of technological development of material production and the service sector, contributing to the translation of developments and innovations into the socio-economic spheres of life. The implementation of the set state tasks to ensure the competitiveness of Russian industrial products in domestic and global markets is carried out. Some Russian regions have a high industrial potential, the development of which involves making decisions on the digitalization of production. The purpose of this article is to develop a model of industrial development in a digital environment based on the study of regional experience of technological modernization of the industry. Objectives: to identify the main problems of the development of digitalization of the industry of the Tyumen region; to identify ways to solve them; to identify key areas of influence of the digital environment on profile enterprises based on the analysis of scientific and theoretical approaches on the role of digital technologies in the development of industrial production. Methodology. The study was conducted on the basis of statistical indicators of digitalization of industrial production in the Tyumen region. The main methods were system and situational approaches, socio-economic modeling. Results: scientific and theoretical approaches in the field of assessing the impact of digital technologies on industry are systematized; the regional experience of the Tyumen region on digitalization of industrial production is investigated; the main trends and limitations of the sustainable transformation process of digitalization of production and management of the industry are identified. Conclusions. Large industrial complexes have the greatest innovative potential for adaptation and development of digital technologies, optimization of resource potential and concentration of production capacity in specific territorial conditions. Digital solutions and technologies reduce costs, improve technological processes, improve the quality of industrial products, reduce the amount of human error risk and increase production volumes.
