Актуальность. В последние годы большой интерес социологов вызывает проблема повышения уровня жизни военнослужащих как важного движущего фактора развития их человеческого потенциала. В то же время среди множеств научных работ, посвященных «уровню жизни», в настоящее время отсутствует общепринятое и разделяемое в социологической мысли понимание данной категории. В этой связи существует объективная потребность в уточнении категории «уровень жизни» и оценке текущего состояния уровня жизни российских военнослужащих как значимого фактора развития человеческого потенциала.Цель – в результате анализа авторского эмпирического исследования определить влияние уровня жизни на человеческий потенциал современных российских военнослужащих.Задачи: раскрыть содержание социологического явления «уровень жизни»; изучить факторы, оказывающие влияние на его развитие, показатели, характеризующие данное развитие, их статику и изменения; разработать практические рекомендации, направленные на оптимизацию процесса развития человеческого потенциала российских военнослужащих в результате повышения их уровня жизни.Методология. Теоретической и методологической основой исследования послужили методы и подходы, представленные в работе ученых в области исследования уровня жизни. В ходе научного исследования применялись различные эмпирические и теоретические методы.Результаты. Наше предположение, что развитие человеческого потенциала российских военнослужащих зависит от их уровня жизни, оказалось верным. Однако наличествуют факторы, оказывающие значительное торможение данного процесса. К ним относятся: материальное положение военнослужащих, которое не соответствует объему выполняемой ими работы; условия быта и труда; недостаточные знания и умения в использовании современных средств информационно- телекоммуникационных систем.Вывод. В современных условиях происходит снижение уровня жизни военнослужащего и членов их семей, что приводит к появлению деструктивных практик в системе потребления военнослужащих и замедляет процессы воспроизводства профессионально значимых способностей военнослужащих.
Relevance. In recent years, the problem of raising the standard of living of servicemen, as an important driving factor in the development of their human potential, has been of great interest to sociologists. At the same time, among the many scientific works devoted to the “standard of living”, there is currently no generally accepted and shared understanding of this category in sociological thought. In this regard, there is an objective need to clarify the category of "standard of living" and assess the current state of the standard of living of Russian servicemen, as a significant factor in the development of human potential.The purpose – as a result of the analysis of the author's empirical research, to determine the impact of the standard of living on the human potential of modern Russian military personnel.Objectives: to reveal the content of the sociological phenomenon “standard of living”; to study the factors influencing its development, indicators characterizing this development, their statics and changes; develop practical recommendations aimed at optimizing the process of human development of Russian servicemen as a result of improving their living standards.Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the methods and approaches presented in the work of scientists in the field of living standards research. In the course of scientific research, various empirical and theoretical methods were applied.Results. Our assumption that the development of the human potential of Russian servicemen depends on their standard of living turned out to be correct. However, there are factors that significantly inhibit this process. These include: the financial situation of servicemen, which does not correspond to the volume of work they perform; living and working conditions; insufficient knowledge and skills in using modern means of information and telecommunication systems.Conclusion. In modern conditions, there is a decrease in the standard of living of servicemen and their family members, which leads to the emergence of destructive practices in the system of consumption of servicemen and slows down the processes of reproduction of professionally significant abilities of servicemen as a result of an increase in their standard of living.
