Актуальность исследования социокультурного портрета Курской области обусловлена необходимостью определения новых и уточнения старых направлений реализации приоритетных национальных проектов, путей модернизации социальных институтов, а также повышения благосостояния провинциального общества и инвестиционного имиджа субъекта в контексте региональных социокультурных изменений современности с целью обеспечения устойчивого развития не только отдельно взятого региона, но и российского государства в целом. Также полученные в работе выводы актуализуют отсутствие новейших современных исследований по указанной проблеме.
Цель исследования – определить особенности социокультурных характеристик и потенциала Курской области в современных условиях на основе данных социологического исследования.
Задачи: произвести диагностику состояния уровня жизни и социального самочувствия населения Курской области; проанализировать культурный потенциал, политическую активность населения региона; определить специфику социокультурных характеристик Курской области; сформулировать предложения по повышению качества жизни населения региона.
Методология. В исследовании использовались следующие методы научного познания: сравнительный метод, метод опроса в виде анкетирования, метод анализа, синтеза, систематизации и обобщения.
Результаты. В статье рассмотрены основные сферы жизни населения Курской области: социокультурная сфера, политическая активность жителей региона, материальное положение курян. По данным социологического исследования, определены привлекательные и непривлекательные черты области, место региона по уровню развития человеческого потенциала среди других субъектов страны. Получена оценка отдельных проблемных вопросов жизни местного населения.
Выводы. Установлено, что Курская область обладает значительным потенциалом для развития, также выявлены ряд проблем в отдельных сферах жизни региона (от медицинского обслуживания до неустойчивого материального положения). Для разрешения данных проблем считаем необходимым скорректировать отдельные направления внутренней политики региона, в т. ч. посредством реализации приоритетных национальных проектов, путём модернизации некоторых социальных процессов с помощью правового, организационно-управленческого инструментария в контексте региональных социокультурных изменений.
The relevance of the study of the socio-cultural portrait of the Kursk region is due to the need to identify new and clarify old directions for the implementation of priority national projects, ways to modernize social institutions, as well as improve the welfare of provincial society and the investment image of the subject in the context of regional socio-cultural changes of modernity in order to ensure sustainable development not only of a single region, but also of the Russian state as a whole. Also, the conclusions obtained in the work are actualized by the lack of the latest modern research on this problem.
The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the socio–cultural characteristics and potential of the Kursk region in modern conditions on the basis of sociological research data.
Objectives: to diagnose the state of the standard of living and social well-being of the population of the Kursk region; to analyze the cultural potential, political activity of the population of the region; to determine the specifics of the socio-cultural characteristics of the Kursk region; to formulate proposals to improve the quality of life of the population of the region.
Methodology. The following methods of scientific cognition were used in the study: the comparative method, the method of questioning in the form of a questionnaire, the method of analysis, synthesis, systematization and generalization.
Results. The article examines the main spheres of life of the population of the Kursk region: the socio-cultural sphere, the political activity of the inhabitants of the region, the financial situation of the Kuryans. According to the sociological research, the attractive and unattractive features of the region have been identified, the region's place in terms of human development among other subjects of the country. An assessment of certain problematic issues of the life of the local population has been obtained.
Conclusions. It has been established that the Kursk region has significant potential for development, and a number of problems have also been identified in certain areas of the region's life (from medical care to the precarious financial situation of residents). To resolve these problems, we consider it necessary to adjust certain areas of the internal policy of the region, including through the implementation of priority national projects, by modernizing some social processes with the help of legal, organizational and managerial tools in the context of regional socio-cultural changes.
