Актуальность. В течение ХХI века Аргентина и Россия демонстрировали прагматичное сотрудничество, как, впрочем, Россия действовала в отношении всех стран ЛАКБ. Правительство РФ не переоценивало значимость стратегического сотрудничество с правительством Аргентины, поскольку понимало вероятность кардинального изменения курса страны в зависимости от руководящей партии и лидера, тем самым осознавая подверженность российско-аргентинским отношениям политическому риску.Ситуация изменилась в связи с выборами нового проамериканского президента Аргентины, но Россия не стремится к свертыванию торговых двусторонних отношений.Цель – проанализировать динамику влияния политического развития Аргентины на двустороннюю торговлю между Российской Федерацией и Аргентины.Задачи: дать оценку трансформации политического курса Аргентины и динамике двустороннего сотрудничества России и Аргентины в торгово-экономической сфере; проанализировать статистические показатели сотрудничества Аргентины и России в рамках БРИКС.Методология. Проведен анализ статических данных по торговле между Россией и Аргентиной, а также странами БРИКС с Аргентиной, представленных OEC (The Observatory of Economic Complexity), RusTrade, TradeMap, позволяющих оценить показатели торгового баланса, экспорта / импорта между странами.Результаты. Анализ экономического сотрудничества Аргентины со странами БРИКС показал укрепление торговых связи с Россией, особенно в области энергетики и сельского хозяйства. Однако прорыв в торговле с Аргентиной в рамках БРИКС обеспечен за счет Индии и Китая, которые стали важными партнерами страны в торговле в целом. Динамика двусторонней российско-аргентинской торговли характеризуется взлетами и падениями в зависимости от выбранных политических векторов развития Аргентины.Выводы. Победа оппозиционного кандидата Хавьера Милея на выборах президента Аргентины станет проверкой на прочность в отношениях Москвы и Буэнос-Айреса, но при этом очевидно, что и для России, и для Аргентины выгодно дальнейшее активное сотрудничество, выстроенное с позиций прагматизма и конструктивизма.
Relevance. During the 21st century, Argentina and Russia demonstrated pragmatic cooperation, as indeed Russia acted in relation to all LACB countries. The Russian government did not overestimate the importance of strategic cooperation with the Government of Argentina, as it understood the likelihood of a fundamental change in the country's course depending on the governing party and leader, thereby realizing the exposure of Russian-Argentine relations to political risk.The situation has changed due to the election of a new pro-American president of Argentina, but Russia is not seeking to curtail bilateral trade relations.The purpose is to analyze the dynamics of the impact of Argentina's political development on bilateral trade between the Russian Federation and Argentina.Objectives: to assess the transformation of Argentina's political course and the dynamics of bilateral cooperation between Russia and Argentina in the trade and economic sphere; to analyze the statistical indicators of cooperation between Argentina and Russia within the framework of the BRICS.Methodology. The analysis of static data on trade between Russia and Argentina, as well as the BRICS countries with Argentina, presented by the OEC (The Observatory of Economic Complexity), RusTrade, and Trademark, allowing us to assess the indicators of trade balance, exports / imports between the countries.Results. An analysis of Argentina's economic cooperation with the BRICS countries showed a strengthening of trade ties with Russia, especially in the fields of energy and agriculture. However, the breakthrough in trade with Argentina within the framework of the BRICS was achieved at the expense of India and China, which have become important partners of the country in trade in general. The dynamics of bilateral Russian-Argentine trade is characterized by ups and downs depending on the chosen political vectors of Argentina's development.Conclusions. The victory of opposition candidate Javier Miley in the Argentine presidential election will test the strength of relations between Moscow and Buenos Aires, but it is obvious that further active cooperation based on pragmatism and constructivism is beneficial for both Russia and Argentina.
