Актуальность. Постсанкционный период торгово-экономического сотрудничества России с другими странами характеризуется усложнением процессов заключения сделок и проведения платежей за поставки экспортных и импортных товаров. В целях обеспечения экономической безопасности государства необходим анализ состояния торгово-экономических отношений России с основными торговыми партнерами, одним из которых является Китай.Цель – определение и оценка основных внешнеторговых показателей, характеризующих сотрудничество России с Китаем, описание областей торгово-экономического сотрудничества России и Китая, представляющих угрозу для экономической безопасности государства.Задачи: проанализировать объем и структуру внешнеторгового оборота России и Китая; определить условия, которые могут способствовать расширению партнерских отношений стран; предложить способы решения вызванных санкциями недружественных стран проблем торгово-экономического сотрудничества России и Китая.Методология. Исследование основано на статистическом сборе и анализе информации об объемах, структуре, динамике и особенностях внешней торговли России и Китая.Результаты: проведен анализ основных показателей, характеризующих взаимную внешнюю торговлю России и Китая; дана характеристика проблем торгово-экономического сотрудничества России и Китая; определены направления улучшения партнерских отношений с Китаем в условиях санкционного давления.Выводы. Сделан вывод о том, что Китай является одним из крупнейших торговых партнеров России, а также рынком сбыта существенной части продукции отечественной добывающей промышленности. Основными проблемами торгово-экономического сотрудничества с Китаем являются сложности в проведении платежей за экспортные и импортные поставки товаров, высокий контроль за товарами для военно-промышленного комплекса, поставляемыми в Россию. В этих условиях особенно значимым будет постоянное участие государства в разрешении проблем участников внешнеэкономической деятельности, связанных с заключением и оплатой сделок с китайскими контрагентами, содействие бизнесу в осуществлении постепенного изменения структуры поставок в Китай в пользу товаров с большей добавленной стоимостью.
Relevance. The post-sanctions period of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and other countries is characterized by the increasing complexity of the processes of concluding transactions and making payments for the supply of export and import goods. In order to ensure the economic security of the state, it is necessary to analyze the state of trade and economic relations between Russia and its main trading partners, one of which is China.The purpose is to identify and evaluate the main foreign trade indicators characterizing Russia's cooperation with China, and to describe the areas of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and China that pose a threat to the economic security of the state.Objectives: to analyze the volume and structure of the foreign trade turnover between Russia and China; to identify conditions that can contribute to the expansion of partnership relations between the countries; to propose ways to solve the problems of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and China caused by the sanctions of unfriendly countries.Methodology. The study is based on the statistical collection and analysis of information on the volume, structure, dynamics and features of foreign trade between Russia and China.Results: the analysis of the main indicators characterizing the mutual foreign trade between Russia and China is carried out; the problems of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and China are characterized; the directions of improving partnership relations with China in the context of sanctions pressure are identified.Conclusions. It is concluded that China is one of Russia's largest trading partners, as well as a market for a significant part of the products of the domestic extractive industry. The main problems of trade and economic cooperation with China are difficulties in making payments for export and import supplies of goods, high control over goods for the military-industrial complex supplied to Russia. In these circumstances, it will be especially important for the state to constantly participate in resolving the problems of participants in foreign economic activity related to concluding and paying for transactions with Chinese counterparties, and to assist businesses in gradually changing the structure of supplies to China in favor of higher-value-added goods.
