Актуальность. Проблема устойчивого социально-экономического развития уже долгое время интересует научное сообщество, но, несмотря на это, сообщество преимущественно изучает данную проблему со стороны глобального уровня, пренебрегая национальным и, более того, региональным уровнем. Учитывая нижние уровни данной системы, можно добиться повышения эффективности механизмов управления. Поэтому одним из текущих курсов национальной стратегии является равное региональное развитие, что невозможно без достижения определенного уровня устойчивости социально-экономического развития.Цель. В связи с этим возникла необходимость сформировать алгоритм, с помощью которого можно охарактеризовать уровень устойчивости региона при указанном развитии. Применение статистического метода для расчета параметра устойчивости региона основывается за счет сопоставления основных показателей регионов по сравнению с другим максимальным показателем.Задачи: разработать алгоритм оценки регионального развития для устойчивого развития региона на основе показателей, а также системы нормирования.Методология. В ходе проведенного исследования использовались методы логического анализа, исследования ученых, которые ориентируются на эффективности хозяйственной деятельности.Результаты. Расчет устойчивости развития, используя статистические методы, также можно реализовать при помощи показателей качества жизни, установив пограничные показатели, которые нельзя превышать.Выводы. В связи с разработанным алгоритмом устойчивого регионального развития предлагается использовать следующие показатели: ВРП, доходы населения, коэффициент Джини, безработица, расходы населения, плотность населения и численность. Еще раз отметим, что данные показатели должны быть относительны или быть рассчитаны на душу населения. Реализация данного алгоритма необходима для формирования основы программы развития социально-экономических систем в процессе их разработки.

Relevance. The problem of sustainable socio-economic development has been of interest to the scientific community for a long time, but despite this, the community mainly studies this problem from the global level, neglecting the national and, moreover, the regional level. Taking into account the lower levels of this system, it is possible to achieve an increase in the effectiveness of management mechanisms. Therefore, one of the current courses of the national strategy is equal regional development, which is impossible without achieving a certain level of sustainability of socio-economic development.Purpose. In this regard, it became necessary to create an algorithm that can be used to characterize the level of stability of the region with this development. The application of the statistical method for calculating the sustainability parameter of a region is based on comparing the main indicators of the regions in comparison with another maximum indicator.Objectives: to develop an algorithm for assessing regional development for the sustainable development of the region based on indicators, as well as a rationing system.Methodology. In the course of the conducted research, methods of logical analysis and research by scientists who focus on the effectiveness of economic activity were used.Results. The calculation of development sustainability using statistical methods can also be implemented using quality of life indicators, setting boundary indicators that cannot be exceeded.Conclusions. In connection with the developed algorithm for sustainable regional development, it is proposed to use the following indicators: GRP, income of the population, Gini coefficient, unemployment, population expenditures, population density and population size. Once again, we note that these indicators should be relative or calculated per capita. The implementation of this algorithm is necessary to form the basis of a program for the development of socio-economic systems in the process of their development.
