Актуальность. Экономический кризис, который закономерно развивался в стране с начала ХХ века, обострившись в период правления Чавеса, привел власть к политическому кризису в период правления Мадуро, что отразилось во вмешательстве иностранных держав в государственную политику Венесуэлы.Цель – исследовать показатели экономического кризиса в Венесуэле и их влияние на политический кризис в период правления от Чавеса до Мадуро.Задачи: дать общую характеристику экономической ситуации в стране в период правления Уго Чавеса; охарактеризовать причины экономического кризиса в Венесуэле в период правления от Уго Чавеса до Николаса Мадуро; выявить взаимосвязь между экономическим и политическим кризисами в Венесуэле в период с 2018 по 2019 год; охарактеризовать позицию мирового сообщества относительно оппозиции в Венесуэле и правовой поддержки существующего режима.Методология. Метод сравнительного анализа применялся для сравнения экономико-политического развития Венесуэлы в разные периоды; метод системного анализа позволил исследовать экономико-политическое развитие страны как совокупную целостность; выборочный статистический метод необходим для анализа показателей развития Венесуэлы на основе данных El Statista, мировых рейтинговых отчетов, материалов BBC News, Euronews, El Comercio.Результаты. В конце 2018 года Мадуро победил, но выборы признали нелегитимными из-за нарушений в ходе предвыборной кампании. Учитывая энергетический, финансовый, экономический, политический, гуманитарный и миграционный кризисы, ситуация в обществе накалилась. Эти факторы способствовали появлению нового лидера оппозиции – Гуайдо. Положение Мадуро на международной арене оказалось сложным.Выводы. Решить конфликт в Венесуэле путем выхода из экономико-политического кризиса невозможно без международных посредников. Сегодня ни Мадуро, ни Гуайдо не готовы сотрудничать. Международные санкции не будут отменены, пока у власти находится Мадуро. Третьи страны предлагают свои проекты урегулирования кризиса.
Relevance. The economic crisis that naturally developed in the country since the beginning of the twentieth century, aggravated during the reign of Chavez, led to a political crisis during the reign of Maduro, which was reflected in the intervention of foreign powers in the state policy of Venezuela.The purpose is to examine the indicators of the economic crisis in Venezuela and their impact on the political crisis during the reign from Chavez to Maduro.Objectives: give a general description of the economic situation in the country during the reign of Hugo Chavez; describe the causes of the economic crisis in Venezuela during the period from the reign of Hugo Chavez to Nicolas Maduro; identify the relationship between the economic and political crises in Venezuela in the period from 2018 to 2019; describe the position of the international community regarding the opposition in Venezuela and legal support for the existing regime.Methodology. The comparative analysis method was used to compare the economic and political development of Venezuela in different periods; the method of systems analysis made it possible to study the economic and political development of the country as an aggregate integrity; A sample statistical method is needed to analyze Venezuela's development indicators based on data from El Statista, world rating reports, BBC News, Euronews, El Comercio.Results. At the end of 2018, Maduro won, but the elections were declared illegitimate due to violations during the election campaign. Given the energy, financial, economic, political, humanitarian and migration crises, the situation in society has become tense. These factors contributed to the emergence of a new opposition leader - Guaido. Maduro's position in the international arena turned out to be difficult.Conclusions. It is impossible to resolve the conflict in Venezuela by overcoming the economic and political crisis without international mediators. Neither Maduro nor Guaido are ready to cooperate today. International sanctions will not be lifted while Maudro is in power. Third countries offer their projects to resolve the crisis.
