Innovative Personnel Technologies in the Conditions of the Modern Labor Market

Abstract
Relevance. Efficient personnel management in the labor market and the development of modern technologies for managing labor resources are becoming one of the main directions for improving the performance of Russian economic entities. Improving personnel technologies makes it possible to change approaches to personnel management under modern requirements and speed up introducing managerial innovations. In the process of strategic development, modern innovative approaches are being updated in the modern labor market.
The purpose is to study innovative personnel technologies as part of the development of an effective recruitment system in the modern labor market.
Objectives is to study the existing innovative methods of personnel selection in order to improve managing the information and digital system to ensure personnel policy in the labor market.
Methodology. In the process of research, methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison were used. An analytical method of information processing, synthesis, and deduction of the theoretical aspects of the concept of innovative personnel technologies were carried out.
Results. The study of modern personnel technologies was carried out, systematization and analysis of existing innovative approaches and products in the field of personnel selection was carried out in order to further develop personnel policy as a multifunctional system.
Conclusions. The content and role of modern approaches in the field of personnel technologies deserves special attention. The development of the labor market requires the development of more advanced approaches to managing labor resources in this area. It is recommended to introduce a mixed model of personnel policy focused on innovative information technologies for personnel selection to build an effective management system in the labor market.
