Development of Digital Platforms and Ecosystems in the Russian Financial Market: Risk Identification

   The relevance of the study is due to the need to determine the risks of the development of digital platforms and ecosystems in the financial market in Russia and the development of tools for leveling them.
   The purpose of the study is to analyze the changes in the financial market in Russia under the conditions of digitalization, to identify the specifics of the development of digital financial ecosystems, as well as to substantiate proposals for improving state regulation of this area.
   The objectives of the study are related to identifying patterns of changes in the financial market in modern conditions, establishing trends in the development of digital ecosystems of the financial market in Russia, as well as identifying associated risks, forming proposals for improving state regulation of digital platforms and financial market ecosystems.
   Methodology. The authors used the method of comparative analysis, the method of economic analysis, the graphical method, the method of systematization, a systematic approach.
   Results. The authors assessed the impact of digitalization on the development of the financial market in Russia, highlighted the high indicators of the country's digital development, the availability of developed digital channels for receiving banking services, cashless money transfer and the use of contactless technologies in the implementation of financial transactions; systematized the prerequisites and highlighted the features of the development of digital ecosystems of the financial market in Russia; We studied the activities of the largest Russian digital ecosystems of the Russian financial market for the provision of financial and non-financial services, identified the risks of the development of digital platforms and ecosystems of the financial market. The analysis allowed the authors to form proposals for improving the state regulation of digital platforms and financial market ecosystems.
   Conclusions. The conducted research made it possible to identify the risks of the development of digital platforms and ecosystems of the Russian financial market and to present the author's vision of an effective tool for leveling them.
