Assessment of the Effectiveness of the Management of the Construction Subsystem of the Region

   Relevance. In modern realities, effective and timely coordination and management of the construction subsystem of the region is becoming increasingly important and gaining new horizons. There is a need to adjust and supplement the existing methods of assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region, designed to expand the range of indicators and thereby clarify the result. 
   The purpose is analysis of indicators that characterize and are necessary for inclusion in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the construction subsystem. 
   Objectives: the study of available methods for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region; the study of the relationship and interaction of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region; justification and proposal of additional parameters for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region. 
   Methodology. In the process of developing this topic, methods of a systematic approach, logical and economic analysis, and deduction were used. Results. The study made it possible to justify the introduction of additional indicators in the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region. 
   Conclusions. The positive results of the expansion of the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the management of the construction subsystem of the region are presented.
