Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the modern world there is an overabundance of information, which is directly related to the quality of internal communications of the enterprise. Most organizations lose efficiency due to their outdated or defective internal communication systems. In the modern world, there is a need for a unified communications policy, systematic goals, methods and channels of information transmission. The formation and implementation of ecosystems of internal communications corresponds to all modern trends in the management of the communication process in the organization. Such ecosystems have the ability to self-improve, which is a necessity in today's constantly transforming society.
The purpose of the study is to study the features of the formation of the ecosystem of internal communications of the organization.
Objectives. Achieving this goal predetermined the solution of the following tasks: studying the theoretical aspects of internal communications ecosystems (concepts, functions, development trends, principles of operation, elements, as well as construction stages), studying methods for analyzing the internal communications system of an organization using the example of a particular enterprise, and improving the existing system intra-organizational interaction by building a unique ecosystem of internal communications.
Methodology. The research is based on methods of rating and statistical data analysis, expert evaluation, induction, deduction, synthesis, other general scientific methods, as well as a set of communication research methods.
Results. It seems necessary to include the results obtained in the course of the study: analysis of the existing system of internal communications of a particular enterprise, differentiation of internal communications into separate groups, as well as the formation of a more modern self-improving ecosystem using the example of a specific organization.
Conclusions. In conclusion, it is concluded that modern principles of informing and transmitting information dictate the conditions under which organizations need to follow current trends in the field of internal communications in order to effectively solve business problems. One of the methods of improvement is the formation and implementation of an ecosystem of internal communications, which makes it possible for the full use of all the possibilities of a fully functioning communication process at the enterprise.
